Retirement

We accept that most people will want to make their own decision as to when it’s right to retire and this will depend on the individual and their personal circumstances. Providing you are still fit and able to do your job NG Healthcare is happy to let you to decide to retire at a time that suits you. Any decision to retire should be put in writing not less than three months prior to the date when you wish to retire, or 6 months notice should you wish for a ‘cool down’ period to be conside red.
