FIRE SAFETY

Fire Safety Regulations remind us we have personal responsibility to:

Know to follow the Unit Policy.

Know the escape routes.

•

• Know where the nearest fire alarm call point is.

• Know where the nearest fire extinguisher is, and what type of fire it is safe to use on

• Follow emergency actions / instructions

• Check the location of assembly points.

• Practice emergency evacuation procedure annually.

Remember

1 All fires must be reported.

2 Escape routes must be kept clear.

3 Fire doors are there for your protection DO NOT obstruct them or wedge them open.
