Y ou’re moving on – Leaving NG Healthcare
We hope that you would always discuss any intention to leave us with your Line Manager or the HR department. When you decide to leave, please remember that this must be put in writing to your Line Manager and a copy given to the HR department and accounts office. You will also be invited to attend an exit interview by the HR department
Remember that there are certain items that might be deducted from your final pay:
• Where you have consented to training monies being repaid in the event of leaving the company within a certain time period (Training Agreement Claw Back). • Holidays that you have taken as paid but which have not, in whole or in part, been accrued as paid entitlement at the point at which you leave.
• An amount to cover your uniform/ badge - if this has not been returned.
• If you have not provided and worked the required notice period as per your terms and conditions of employment, your final salary will be deducted for each day you should have worked.
