DBS Any member of staff employed by NG Healthcare that faces any criminal caution or conviction must declare this to Tracy Cox, the Head of HR and Development in the first available instance. Failure to declare this could jeopardise your employment continuing. Company Property Removal of any property from your place of work is strictly forbidden without the written approval of a suitable Manager or person in a position of responsibility. If you take responsibility for any equipment e.g. laptop etc, then you would be liable to pay for a replacement or repair of that equipment as you have a duty of care to the company. Medications must never be removed from company premises whether the property of the company or a resident.

Resident property must never be removed without both the written consent of the resident and that of an appropriate Manager.

Confidentiality It is a condition of your employment that you respect confidential information and behave in a manner which enhances the standing and reputation of NG Healthcare; you are asked to follow the following code, failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

• Respect confidential information; never disclose such without the consent of an appropriate Manager, resident, or relative.

• Act professionally with regard to information about your colleagues or management.

• Never discuss ANY confidential information with resident's or visitors.
