The company cannot be held liable for loss, damage, or theft to personal items of belongings howsoever caused, whether left in lockers, or anywhere else on company premises. Please leave valuable items at home. Should you find items of property, cash, or valuables unclaimed, anywhere on our premises, you are asked to hand them to an appropriate Manager. Mobile Phones and Personal Telephone Calls If staff need to make and receive telephone calls it must be in their own time and mobile phones must be switched off and kept in lockers or your vehicle whilst working on the units, if your phone is found to be on your person or you use it whilst on duty this may result in disciplinary action. For emergency calls please provide your direct unit telephone number in order to take an urgent calls. Staff Bonus Schemes From time to time we run various bonus schemes for members of staff with excellent attendance records or those members of staff who elect to cover shifts additional to those that they are required to do. These are generally available to most staff members (although office staff and managers may be excluded) and full details will be made available at the time the scheme is launched. A Christmas and New Year bonus is always included for staff working between Dec 24 th and January 2 nd – full details are available from early December.
